How long are my rates and fees guaranteed not to change?
At Polaris Payments, we don't directly increase your rates, although we've seen other card processing companies increase theirs on a regular basis. The the major card brands (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) do raise their rates from time to time.
When I call for customer service, is my call handled domestically or internationally?

After I settle my batch, when will I see my deposits in my bank account?
Most merchants see their funds deposited within 24-48 hours or less. There are some options to decrease the funding time for your business, and we're happy to share these options with you.
